The organizer of the Bitcoin 2025 event, has officially confirmed that US Vice President JD Vance will deliver a special speech at the world’s largest Bitcoin conference, taking place at The Venetian Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 28. His speech will be part of the main session themed “Code + Country” and will be live-streamed globally across Bitcoin Magazine platforms.
JD Vance, who served as a Senator before becoming Vice President, is known for his strong stance against over-regulation in the cryptocurrency space. He has repeatedly denounced centralized financial controls by governments and emphasized the importance of Bitcoin as a tool for financial freedom – including criticizing the 2022 Canadian bank account freeze as a prime example.
At Bitcoin 2025, Vance is expected to share his vision for Bitcoin’s role in advancing financial innovation, protecting individual sovereignty, and strengthening America in the digital age.
“This is not just a symbolic moment – it is a signal that Bitcoin is at the center of today’s most important political and technological conversations,” said David Bailey, CEO of BTC Inc. “Bitcoin is more than just a technology – it is the future of global finance.”
Bitcoin 2025 is expected to bring together over 30,000 attendees from around the world, featuring influential figures in technology, finance, education, and public policy. In previous years, the event has welcomed speakers such as former President Donald J. Trump, candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and many founders and directors of major financial institutions.
